Founded in 2016 the Basement Funk Shop was designed to replicate the home studios of the 90’s where 2 turntables and a microphone reigned supreme. The vibe is Boom Bap underground-dark and gritty-just like the golden era of Hip Hop! Drums that slap, baselines that ride is what I do. I have merged new tech with old techniques to create my own unique sounding formula of Hip Hop. It doesn’t stop there, I also have Soul-R&B type tracks-Music for Film and TV Productions as well.
